Premera’s Virtual and Mental Health Resources
To easily access and learn more about your health insurance benefits, download Premara’s MyCare Mobile App. This app will show the virtual care providers available to The Myers Group members. It provides a brief description of what each virtual care provider offers and allows you to directly connect with these providers. The attached flyer provides a QR code for ease of downloading.

We know that finding a mental health provider who is accepting new patients can be hard and we wanted to make sure we do what we can to remove any barriers to care. This program will connect the member with a care provider based on their health needs and preferences. They will provide providers that are in-network either in person and/or virtually. This program is included on our fully insured plans. The service is provided at no cost to the employee or their family. - Doctor on Demand (flyer attached)
This is also under Virtual Care Services. They provide video and phone-based primary, urgent care, and mental health therapy. If used as primary care – it has a $10 copay. If it is used for behavioral health, it would follow the Mental Health Outpatient Professional Care In-network Cost Share, which is $35. - 98point6

This is under Virtual Care Services – Telemedicine for Mental Health. This is subject to the Mental Health Outpatient Professional Care In-network Cost Share. Talkspace connects members and therapists by video and text.
Virtual Substance Use Disorder Resources Available(Subject to the Chemical Dependency Outpatient Office Visit):

This is treatment for opioid and alcohol use disorder. They offer video visits and messaging with a clinician and dedicated peer coach support.

This is treatment for opioid and alcohol use disorder. They also offer video visits and messaging with a clinician, online group therapy, and self-lead evidence-based training. Under Virtual Care Coverage – Telemedicine – Chemical Dependency - Virtual Care Only. Subject to the Chemical Dependency Outpatient Office Visit.
