This weight loss calculator  generates a customized report telling you how many calories and portions of protein, carbohydrates and fat you need daily to achieve your goal.

The calculator takes into account your age, gender, level of physical activity and dietary preferences when calculating your numbers. The report also provides suggested recipes, a spectrum of healthy foods to eat, a guide for determining portion sizes and suggestions for pacing healthy weight loss and muscle gain.

After using the calculator, you can also enroll in a FREE 8-Week Nutrition & Fitness Coaching Program. To do this, follow the following steps:

1. Click “Get Started” and select “I’m working on this for myself.” You will fill out the required information and fields to calculate the results.

2. You will be prompted to create a free PN Account to view calculator results and find the next step, “Start Your Transformation with our free 8-Week program”.

3. Click “Start Your Transformation,” You will be auto-enrolled into the course and can find the content under “Your Courses.”

4. After clicking “Go to Course,” you will be directed to fill out the intake information and begin!
